Board Information

A Board of Directors consisting of 9 parents is elected at the Spring Annual Corporate Meeting in May. Their term of office begins the following month after the joint meeting with the outgoing board. The Board meets monthly and each member sits on a secondary committee that may or may not meet on a monthly basis. 

Board meetings are open to the membership, but require reserving a space through the CASP office as the meetings are held in private homes. Members wishing to be on an agenda must contact Carly Johanson for eligibility 7 days in advance of the meeting.
