Kids Cooking Green is a weekly, hands-on culinary program designed to educate children on nutrition, making healthy food choices, the benefits of using local ingredients, and what food means in a social context in our culture.
Kids in grades 3-5, come cook with Kids Cooking Green, for 5 weeks beginning FRIDAY, OCTOBER 4- NOVEMBER 1st (3:30-5:00pm). Class limited to 16 kids, minimum of 12 needed to hold the class. 5 week session, each class is 1 1/2 hours.
Cost is $ 225 per child and this includes instruction & cost for all food.
